Penrith, Castle Hill, Norwest, Liverpool and Campbelltown sit between thirty and forty-five minutes depending on traffic. We work alongside civil contractors, council infrastructure crews, plumbers, electricians, communications technicians and private developers. Our scope spans from a single $400 pothole for a residential plumber in Wentworthville verifying a Sydney Water connection, through to multi-day day-rate civil programs in Penrith and Castle Hill. There is no minimum hours requirement and no scope-too-small policy, we keep small jobs in the schedule because they are how new commercial relationships start.

Every excavation runs to DBYD plans we review before mobilising, with on-site service verification using our electronic locating equipment before water hits the ground. Spoil is vacuumed into our sealed tank and disposed at a licensed facility, included in the quoted price. We provide SWMS documentation for inclusion in your project safety plan on request, and our operators are White Card certified and inducted to SafeWork NSW excavation standards.

Plenty of excavation contractors will quote NDD work because they have a vac truck on the books. The difference between booking one of those operators and booking a dedicated NDD specialist shows up in three places: the documentation, the response time, and the strike record.

Documentation matters because Western Sydney civil and council work runs on auditable safety plans. A generalist excavator may turn up without reviewing the DBYD plan, may not record service positions properly, and may not have SWMS ready when the principal contractor asks. A specialist NDD contractor handles all of that as standard scope, not an add-on, not a separate invoice.

Response time matters because most NDD work is on the critical path of another trade. A plumber waiting on a service exposure is losing $1000 a day in lost billable hours. A civil contractor stuck because they cannot expose a service before the next concrete pour is losing far more. Dedicated NDD contractors hold capacity for short-notice work because that is the work that comes in. Generalists do not, because their day-rate civil work has to take priority.
