Why Pro Expose Exists

Pro Expose Hydro Vacs was built for the jobs other vac truck operators turn down. The narrow side accesses. The basements. The inner-city terraces with no street parking. The sites where a full-size vac truck simply will not fit, and a backhoe is going to strike a service.

We run our own compact mini vac truck designed with an overall width of 2100 mm, and we arrange full-size NDD vac trucks for civil and council work through our vetted Sydney operator network. Same hydro excavation capability, scaled for the site, managed end to end by us. That approach means our answer is "yes, we can be there", not "sorry, we cannot get the truck in".

We work for civil contractors, plumbers, electricians, strata managers, and homeowners across greater Sydney. Compliance & Site Documentation

How site documentation and compliance are handled:

• Subcontractor insurance and compliance documentation confirmed for each job during booking and available with the written quote where required.
• Underground Service Planning. Before excavation work begins, current underground essential-services information must be obtained for the work area and adjacent areas. A Before You Dig Australia enquiry can be used to request information and plans from participating asset owners. These plans are indicative and do not authorise excavation. Before You Dig Australia is a free referral service, not a certification.
• Underground Service Locating. AS 5488 is an Australian Standard concerning the classification of subsurface utility information.
• SafeWork NSW Guidance. Work conducted in line with applicable SafeWork NSW excavation guidance. Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) supplied where required for site operations. White Card construction-induction requirements maintained for work on active sites.
• EPA-Compliant Spoil Disposal, all extracted spoil transported to NSW EPA-licensed disposal facilities. Spoil handling, disposal and tipping arrangements are confirmed for the individual job and documented in the written quote.
• ABN 30 645 928 838, verify on the Australian Business Register.

Full-Size NDD Vac Truck

High-capacity vacuum tank for civil sites, council projects, large stormwater jobs and bulk spoil removal. High-pressure water lance for cutting through compacted clay, shale and sandy Sydney soils. Long-reach vacuum hose for deeper excavations.

Mini Vac Truck (Tight Access)

Compact body designed for restricted access. The truck is 2100 mm wide and stays outside; its 90 mm vacuum hose reaches through side gates approximately 900 mm wide, into backyards, alleys and basement carparks. For suitable jobs, an under-600 mm trolley-mounted vacuum unit can enter through suitable 900 mm gates, subject to site assessment. Same hydro excavation capability scaled for residential and tight commercial work, the truck other operators tell you they cannot get in.

Service Locating Gear

Electromagnetic cable locating equipment, providing estimated position and depth readings. Used together with hydro potholing for visual verification before any mechanical excavation goes near a service.
